Sorbothane vibration isolator pads are versatile anti-vibration pads that can be used as feet, stops, spacers and protectors in many different applications.

The unique Sorbothane urethane is a durable, resilient, polymer that provides outstanding vibration isolation and non-skid properties. These pads feature a top and bottom layer of heavy duty fabric bonded directly into the rubber surface. This fabric adds significant shear strength and abrasion resistance. Sorbothane isolators help absorb impact and noise and have excellent resistance to aging; they will not harden or crack over time. They feature a smooth, clean, black urethane surface. Use them on any audio and electronic equipment to prevent skipping and interference. Caution: This product contains plasticizer which may cause minor discoloration to wood, plastic, composite and other materials following prolonged contact.

Each of these Sorbothane vibration isolator pads can effectively isolate an object weighing between 200lbs to 1,200lbs depending on the Durometer. Load ratings are calculated assuming even weight distribution across the entire pad. These pads can be cut to size, the weight load rating of the smaller pieces will be roughly proportional to the surface area of the new pad in relation to the original surface area of the 2.5"x2.5" pad. They feature a fabric top and bottom layer, which adds to the durability and remove some of the tacky quality of raw Sorbothane. Durometer refers to the softness of the Sorbothane material.
